It's my guilty pleasure, and I can't stop watching. NY Magazine agrees with me.

Lesley M. M. Blume has different feelings.

After one of her quotes, NYMag says: Does Lesley think skinny women writers with only one regular freelance gig really drink multiple fishbowl-size martinis a night at fancy clubs and never look broke or hung-over? Then she must have really loved how Sex and the City "exposed" real New York life.

Because I think she's missing the point. I don't want to see what life is really like --- I know allll about that. I want to escape that and giggle for an hour. And these ridiculous high schoolers are giglge worthy.
