At a concert on Friday night, a friend of a friend turned to me and said, "Ya know, you don't have to do everything they say."

When did concerts turn into one giant game of Simon Says? We're asked to sing when the microphone is in our direction, jump, oooo and ahhhhhh. Now screammmmmm! And I've blindly followed along, on my feet, waving my hands in the air. I mean why would I not?
